We support projects from initial design and fabrication through installation and commissioning support.
Yes. Fortis supports industrial piping applications designed around applicable requirements of ASME B31.3 Process Piping and ASME B31.1 Power Piping. Our TSSA welding procedure qualification and registration process is currently in progress for applicable stainless-steel piping work. I would specifically use “in progress” here until everything is officially accepted by TSSA rather than saying Fortis is TSSA-certified.
Yes. Fortis provides orbital GTAW welding solutions for stainless-steel tubing used in sanitary, hygienic, and high-purity process systems. Applications can include food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other processes where repeatable weld quality and controlled internal weld profiles are important.
Yes. We can support complete stainless-steel process systems including piping layouts, equipment connections, manifolds, valve assemblies, custom skids, fabrication drawings, shop fabrication, field installation, and system modifications. Projects can be tailored to the customer's process requirements and facility layout.
