We primarily work with 304/304L and 316/316L stainless steel in sheet, plate, pipe, tube and structural forms. Material selection is based on the application, process environment and customer specifications.
Fortis provides GTAW/TIG welding for stainless-steel fabrication and piping, including controlled-purge welding for applications requiring clean internal weld profiles. Orbital GTAW capabilities are also available for sanitary and high-purity tubing applications.
